         Real International Security Division operates under:
  1. Specific legislation for security and protection companies:
    • Law no. 333/2003 on the protection of objectives, goods, values and protection of persons
    • Law no. 9/2007 amending Law no. 333/2003 on the protection of objectives, goods, values and protection of persons
    • Law no. 40/2010 amending and supplementing Law no. 333/2003 on the protection of objectives, goods, values and protection of persons
    • GD no. 1010/2004 for approving the methodological norms and documents referred to in art. 69 of Law no. 333/2003 on the protection of objectives, goods, values and protection of persons
    • Methodological norms of 25 June 2004 on the issue, renewal, suspension and cancellation of operating licenses for specialized security and protection companies, advising managers and security guards certification

  2. Legislation regarding the weapons and ammunition:
    • Law no. 295/2004 on the regime of weapons and ammunition
    • Methodological norms of 24 February 2005 implementing Law no. 295/2004 on the regime of weapons and ammunition
    • GEO no. 26/2008 amending and supplementing Law no. 295/2004 on the regime of weapons and ammunition

    • 13/05/2008 norm of the acquisition of security service and military objectives intervention by specialized companies for security and protection
    • GEO no. 109/2007 amending and supplementing Law no. 200/2004 on recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania
    • Law no. 117/2008 approving Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2007 amending and supplementing Law no. 200/2004 on recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania.

Operating licenses

         Specialized security and protection companies working under license issued by the General Inspectorate of Police, with prior approval of the Romanian Intelligence Service, which is renewable every 3 years
         SC Real International Security Division SRL operates under license no. 1448/P approved by the General Inspectorate of Romanian Police.
